She does, but after a lot of chapters going nowhere (mostly because during the civil war the author thought "reader forgot how preparations went, so I will use more chaotes mid war to explain it again"), unfortunately good moments when MC is taking care of Ana are on said chapters and it's absurdly sad to see how MC is almost breaking every time.

The manga decided to skip that entirely and go straight to her recovery, idea I like actually but sadly we didn't got to see how was Ana's life while asleep.

It was a good trade nonetheless.

hmm... maybe we get a flashback from Ana's perspective on how it was to be under the curse, maybe she was able to hear/be conscious during the whole ordeal?~
