Damn brother... That's damn depressing... WHERE'S THE FLUFF?! I CAME TO FOR TWO CUTE DORKS NOT FOR TEARS T-T
wait, if the dad still like the mom. does he lying about not harbor feeling to her anymore?im not sure if it will show his perspective, but the dad rly was just overworking himself to provide more for the family.
In the end they drifted apart but everyone there still liked each other... its even more sad in my book.
the couple still love eachother but cant stand anymore living like this... Mostly because the dad dont communicate that great (similar to Maki) and Mom is just lonely.... and Dad trying to provide....
I mean when they divorced. When they divorced they still liked eachother and all.wait, if the dad still like the mom. does he lying about not harbor feeling to her anymore?
does he close to his subordinate is his way to coping and distract himself?
Or don't? The TL is upto date with the current raw chapter.Blame the slow ass TL

For real. I read a bunch of shoujo, and it always bothered me that usually the parents had no input into the kids' romantic life, usually weren't shown in the manga at all, and hey they just always happen to be away whenever the kids want to make out at one of their homes. That moment the convenient, my parents are never around during a romcom so I can conveniently bring my not girlfriend to my home, actually comes with emotional baggage and not something we just hand wave away. I think it was a gag earlier on with My Dress Up Darling as well when the author felt bad that the anime had the main characters pray for his parents when he just had them be dead so it’ll be convenient for the romcom.
Fair enough. I'm personally from a broken home and just keep these things rather tight lipped, as I am just naturally very private.Me!
I think just having a realistically portrayed story here of divorce and the emotional aftershocks is giving a lot of people a place to mention how it affected them. Like, you don't go around at work or school or whatever saying, "Hey my parents divorced and it made me feel really upset, let me tell you how." You pretend everything is all right, just like Maki.
In a sense, Jesus himself ain't coming from a normal home either.Jesus, is there anyone here that ISN'T from a broken home?
Lunartique said from the 2nd cutest discord that they'll continue for now and reconsider once YP do managed to catch up but ask us for opinions if they want to continue even if official catches up.Recently Yen Press licensed this manga. Will you continue translating or drop it?
Nah you are not the only one, as a man is fine to express emotions or whatever but one should at the very least have the common decency not to do it in front of people who you have just met and not make the situation awkward for everyone involved.I'm probably the only one who gets annoyed at this type of family drama lol
Maybe because I'm an asshole who was basically unfazed by my parents' divorce (also when I was in highschool)
