Hm, not bad at all. I rate it 8/10, with potential for more.

The protagonist is an unusual combination of cynical and easy-going.
He's been downtrodden so much that he just has no shame anymore, he simply rolls with everything.
Like, when the androgynous royal wizard flirts with him, the MC just goes "Eh, I'm not picky."
When he's confronted with the Standard Adventurer's Guild Thug, he flatters his way out of it.

The author is intelligent and gives some focus to details; lots of isekais feature store managers, this is the only one that bothers to show the actual managing of a store.

The story is only at chapter 2 at the time of writing, but if it continues like this, it's only a matter of time before it does something worthy of a 9/10 rating.
Personally I hope he does shack up with the royal wizard, it'd be pretty novel...
(They're 80% going to turn out to be a girl, though - the artist isn't being very subtle.)

No that's the same person. The loli wizard/mentor is the one who created the magic and fks the MC. The sage is the one who is into the MC but gets rejected and learns the magic from the wizard I believe. I can't really remember since I read this like a year ago but he's into ugly old men. And yes they do fuck. MC is not gay but he's fine doing it with a girl and not boys who look like girls. They literally change their bones organs and whatever to become women.

It is like in a harem story, the tag is there from the beginning, but the story may take 10-20 chapter before even adding another female characters, and a dozen more chapter before they confirmed relationship, but it is still a harem story.

Beside, there is certain aspects about gender swap that some people would avoid, or enjoy, so the head up is a necessity.

You are getting sorta confused and mixing stuff, to add up, Shuri-kun which is the shota, is into old guys and the mc fuck him up his ass while he is still male (manga ch9, by the end of WN Arc 2), way later they meet one of the summoned heroes which confess to the mc because he knew he fucked a guy (Yuuki), but mc reject him coping that he isn't gay because Shuri had a female charm, despite being a guy, unlike Yuuki (Arc 3 and 4 in the WN, ch 14/15 and return at 23 as female in the manga), Yuuki return later as a female, after improving the feminization magic into one that fully change your gender (and can be done permanently), here is when Shuri change gender too

There is the orphan kid Joan which is on mc party, that they meet before this whole feminization magic (in the manga mc meet Joan at ch 7 and get officially introduced in ch 11, confess at 28/29), which like mentioned by @jasty , confess to the mc, but get rejected, some time later returns with a fully female body and marry the mc, while Shuri make a kid using mc blood and fuck off somewhere else by the end of the story, and Yuuki isn't part of mc harem

So yes the mc still fuck a guy, the author didn't even make it subtle that the mc was aiming for Shuri ass (with mc saying for Arisa to not notice he was aiming for a young kid), they later make it even more clear when Yuuki confess to the mc and Arisa hear about him doing it with Shuri and shoving it up a kid ass, with the mc fully coping it doesn't make him gay if it looked girly enough (this is around mid Arc 3), author even leave a note in the raw WN saying something like, "to all my friends that are attracted to shotas, please bookmark this" lmao

Ah you're right I think I am mistaken, I read the WN a long time ago before it was translated and I guess I assumed he was a TS loli and I guess got the order wrong and thought the old man made the magic. I think I confused it with that other one with the villianess mb. I think it was the last line and the weird way of saying he wanted his ass that confused me. Him saying he enjoyed his body confsued me.
