okay so I think what happened was the entire last chapter, where he went to her house after the "come here" text and she was okay, and then a year passed by, was a dream. What happened in this chapter, where she kept her promise that she'd tell him before she does anything, was real, and he found her after her attempt. Then the window scene is a dream that they had right before school started again in the next chapter, so it's a few months after her incident. that's why he repeats the words he said to her in the dream when he sees her at school, and she understands.
