I still can't tell what exactly their relation ship is right now.. like, they've kissed more than once, and obviously this whole bath thing, but neither have confessed, and aside from those specific instances of kissing they don't act like a couple at all as of yet. Imo it's really confusing and I would like it to be clarified sooner rather than later.

Ichiko and Aihara already kissed plenty of times, groped each other, Ichiko was fully naked hugging and not to mention obscenities of unprotected hand holding but Aihara doesn't want to take a bath together yet?
