I've noticed it a lot, seems like all the korean "reincarnated in a story/otome game as princess/villain etc" use them.

There's at least 20 of them.

Is it one studio or something that does all of these manhwas or is free stock art in some program or website that all the korean artists in this genre use ?

I've noticed the same reoccurring theme with fancy looking magical artifacts, "magical" flowers, jewellery etc.

Iirc, clip studo paint has website for assets, including 3d models. I recall seeing some 3d castle asset there.

I heard an artist on Facebook said the 3D model/asset is pretty extensive and costs about 50usd upward each. The artists could change components and all but apparently that's too much work for them so they didn't
