I think the safest bet for them in this instance would've been to give it for free. Maybe collect several orbs(maybe even 10+) and just have it sent to major countries either through the agents or something. They have tons of money and will continue to make tons of money after this. This all seemed like an unnecessary risk to take on something they know will have countries gunning for them just to get more money.

It's hard to believe that the various governments haven't tried to abduct these two (for the good of national security) and compel them to release the method of how to get so many skill orbs in addition to how to preserve the orbs past a day. Multiple governments already abduct people in real life even for being outspoken and effective and stirring up trouble.
