Tough one, she is a genuine magician of The Fifth Magic. We do know mages can defeat Ultimate One's due to the nature of their powers. However, her handling everything solo from start to finish? I'm 70/30 with the 70% being that she theoretically could but only due to her status as a genuine magician.
