basicly the prince rapes his wife not just to fulfill his duties as a husband but also to discipline her...
only problem is she may like and accept it or at the least she doesnt abhor it or him... so is it realy rape or just some strange fetish?
or is this a case of stockholm syndrom
where she forces herself to accept it.

its hard to make a distinction in this case because outside of comedy element she actually didnt realy voice either her disapproval or approval of it or him as her husband...

what i find also pretty strange is that a woman from the 21 st century should have multiple ways to protect herself or at least avenge herself if she didnt agree with the "act", but the only thing she complains about is the intesity as well as the timing...
as i myself am not into bl stuff so i can't realy derive much from the scenarios she writes about, it might be an indicator but since i cant comprehend it i might aswell ignore it
until the point where she actually makes a decision known to the reader
whichever one of the two you like to see more you will see
its easily identifyable as a domestic violence and rape glorifying story
then again you could also quite easily see those events as comedy relief mixed with the social acceptence of arranged/political marriges from medival times...

which is why a victims testimony has a great value (in rl sometimes even too great a value as it can overturn the judical norm "innocent until proven guilty")

edit: someone that can bring about industrial revolution should be able to make a can of mace, a taser, impotence drug or atleast drug the offender and castrate him if she was realy offended then again the mind can do funny things and make us accept things against our beliefs out of trauma...

This is just delusional-kinda low-key unrealistic romance-themed (but not really romance) shoujo, just "that kinda shoujo".
Chill and don't take anything and everything seriously, or you'll just feel regret every time this manga perceive things stupidly, while you're taking them so seriously....
Let's at best conclude by saying some things mustn't be perceived as jokes, and leave readers to feel free to agree or to not.

Enjoy "the shoujo fantasy" or drop it; just have a nice time :)

@labanina You'll probably continue being a shitty troll with no morals or ethics and no redeeming features. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.

@labanina I'm a generous person, so I'll explain it to you one last time in short simple words. Rape is one of the most brutal and horrific things one human being can do to another. It traumatizes the victims, and diminishes the agressor. Nothing about it is remotely funny. You've chosen to mock me for expressing this view. That doesn't make me angry, but it does make you an objectively awful person. You seem fine with that, and I don't expect you to change. So you can continue to see me as a clown, and I'll continue to see you as a piece of shit I've scraped off of my shoe, and we'll both be perfectly happy moving forward.

virtue-signalling online, humor law, objective morals, policing fiction
I stand corrected, you're not a clown, you're an entire circus!
You've chosen to mock me for expressing this view.
That's doubly funny, because there's nothing wrong with having a view. It's where you chose to apply it is hilarious, but you're so far gone up your own ass - you fail to realize this.

RIP author. I Hope that This turns on a threesome ménage Someday, because only the husband having extra marital affair while the wife wait next door doesnt seem too Nice for me. At least leave her inside the room to make Very good quality porn descriptions XD

I think the shounen-ai genre ruined this manhua for me. I dropped this manga because of that. I do like shounen-ai, but I think It doesn't work for this manhua. This is my opinion.

Guys, if you at all have read BL stories before you'll know they have tropes regarding.. Oh lord how to put it, reluctant ukes being ravished by a dominant seme. Rapey tropes that no one in their right mind would suggest to be a healthy dynamic IRL.

If you can't stand the Chinese manhua tropes of the FL being raped by the ML and still falling in love with the bastard. I get it, but this isn't that kinda story.

Here besides the scenes where our main lead is carried off to be ravished - where the only thing we see is her being carried off into the bedroom and then her waking up exhausted in the morning - their relationship is one of mutual respect and caring. And they are having meta fun with the tropes and not taking them seriously. Like chill dudes.

This story is original, funny and I still decided to be invested despite knowing we'll never have a proper ending to the story for the most tragic of reasons.

I'm kind of stumped cuz i feel like they should know that the Milliana girl is actually the one pulling the strings here.
