JUST FU###ING TELL HIM!!! Tell him (BLATANTLY not vaguely) he is doing WAY TOO MUCH, he is causing them to overwork and give him a daily quest item limit

Page 9
Wait😲....is she finally going to tell this dumb@$$ off😀😀 and tell him BLATANTLY how he was treating them without thinking\caring 😀😀

Page 11
Now will this actually do something or will the author have MC go RIGHT back to doing what he was doing

I mean, he, as a low rank adventurer, is not responsible for the inner workings of the guild. Since the guild decided to operate in such a system where they shoulder the risk of trades being unprofitable it's entirely on them when they are. Instead of trying to come up with solutions to the lack of manpower or too much material supply, they blame him for their shortcomings and vent their frustration on him.
Even the appointment thing. Clearly that's not a real rule and just an act of courtesy towards the guild. But even then, the guild was very aware of how long he plans to be away on quests (1 day) but they decided he's not able to complete them in such a short period of time. So when they decide to not prepare in advance, it's their choice.
They even suspected him of fraud and investigated. He was cleared of the suspicion and has nothing to feel guilty about.

tl;dr MC is in the right and the guild has the audacity to be salty about being expected to do their job.

Based on what you said I take it that you would be for the Guild hiring a team that specifically deals with MC and the items he brings in. Though the having to find people to do it, the time to train them and finding the extra money to pay them

The guild might as well just not accept the loot he wants to sell when they cannot process it. On the other hand, if they are obligated to then it is not his fault that the guild is not equipped to do that and he cannot be punished for it (and wasn't apart from nagging).

he's dull, ignorant, LOUD MOUTH and of course also naive

Some more bullshit this chapter. So she's blaming HIM for her unpaid overtime. That's entirely on her employer if they decided not to give compensation and this kind of misdirected anger while getting taken advantage of by your boss is the most realistic thing in this manga yet.
Everything he is doing has been very profitable so the guild is making a ton of money off him yet they just refused to pay their employees for their work.
She also claims nonsense about supply and demand, which could apply to other similar stories with mc being too efficient, but aside from the ultra rare mats he would bring in which would clearly have no issue with demand, all the others are from quests he accepted. Those quests were request for those materials, that's the demand, there was zero risk and this bitch is either straight up lying or the author is kinda trash

The mc is annoying & pain in the ass, but not wrong. The request specified a specific amount of certain goods in certain time frame, and he delivered that. Given the fact that he have multiple of the same request sheet stack up instead of going over the limit of any one requests, the guild probably account how many good = how many sheets of request, otherwise you would have multiple group doing same requests & come back not being able to turn in. Therefore, they(guild) should have the capacity to buy & store those goods. Guild should probably have earlier closing time though, or at least no 'mission pick up' & a few other after X time so the rest of the day is just request turn in & other inventory work.

That being said, financial econ aside, his auto skill will mess up the ecosystem of the area. As he have no control, base on efficiency, hunting/gathering will wipe out the closest area, unlike other where miss or intentionally leave some behind, & have to go to other area for more. Now newb adventurers will have to travel farther & harder to find the same material, possibly way above their experience (paygrade probably increase with support/demand, but now they're no longer in area they familiar with).

So, the guild lets him choose anything he wants, but they don't  want him to succeed quickly, because it may cost them money, but they also... don't want to do their job?

And if he does his job, they won't be responsible for his life, any wounds or damage, or anything that happens to him, but if he succeeds they have to pay him for risking his life... and what?
They don't want to pay?

So... they don't want to work, and they don't want to pay, and they allow abuse, assault, and even murder... and that's his fault because he has the brains of a concussed duckling?

Burn the fucking guild to the ground.

"I duwanna pay you, an I duwanna work! So it's your fault!" -da guild

Is the guild populated and staffed by spoilt 11-year-old children?

Seriously; burn that place to the ground.

They don't have the logistics in place to process the amount of shit he brings in. And they would have to change basically everything for one dude if they wanted this to work
