The translator keeps stubbornly writing "Konno sisters / the Konnos" (which in japanese would have been 紺野姉妹, Konno shimai), but in the raws everyone has been saying the generic "紺野達, Konno-tachi", "Konno and the others / Konno's group", which is just referring to the whole A guard group, just like the E guard group has always been referred to as "美紅達, Miku-tachi".

The thing is, the R18 story is riding on all the plot threads that the main story is creating.

Mostly. Hinata's aversion to having children in the R18 story is the main unique plot element that may come back to the main story, since that aspect of her personality hasn't really had time to come out yet.

The only "plot" is how R18-Sou is going to have sex with this particular girl this time.

We never see the first day of school for R18-Sou, any of his initial interactions with any of the girls, or even meeting his own family. Given his different mindset, a lot of things had to have happened differently. But instead, we just flash forward to whatever sexy escapade he's going to have with a girl he's barely spoken 3 sentences with in the main story, just because we've already established their unique personality in the main story, and the readers want to see them sexxed up. Even R18-Sou's initial sexcapades with his family only make sense under the context that you've read the main story and already know the personalities of his mom and sisters.

In short, the R18 world is 3 months ahead because the story it's telling is all about the sex, and once you know the personalities of the players, you don't really need to explain about how they got there. The only limiting constraint on the timeline is the fact that he's only one man with one dick, so he can only bone one girl at a time, even if his stamina and semen production is apparently godlike.
