what a cheeky goddess is on this story. she just left with a good news on other Satou, a very funny take on isekai setting. we don't even see her face and her interaction at all! she just tell him the most basic info and does nothing more (surprise, as usually isekai setting makes protag more special by givin them OP stuff, but i guess his sensibility of other world makes him special, eh)


early chapters implies that his traumatized to whatever happened on the facility, and as a result, he grew very distant with his family, but not to the point of avoiding them completely. family still able to communicate with him normally (as normal as this world can be), but on a very bare minimum.
if they made him more traumatic, their surprise would be way bigger than "oh he actually got changed" sort of thing. Sakura would be more wary if he's super traumatic too

I actually hope we don't see or meet the goddess. I like the possibility that Sou got too mentally deranged that he somehow mentally isekai'd himself, or at least he thinks he did.

That, and because, I dunno, I just don't like seeing godly beings interacting with the characters. Less chances of a stupid deus ex machina happening that way.

i agree, that's why im saying it as a good thing!
i'm typically fine with the trope, but having no real interaction with the creator while constantly reminded of your past (which is this manga) is a great plus for me (tho im fine with being reminded by the creator as a reminder that you are isekaied by a choice, that would be a good conflict, but that's my ideal kind of creator)

I will add one thing. Hinata doesn't want to be pregnant because of her mother, yes. But that is because she fears she will behave LIKE her mother. She thinks she's somehow... destined to treat a possible future child as her mother treated her.

As always, pure peak. First of all, thank you dear translator for translating all those books. Very important for the plot.
Now, we see, again, a part of why this world is arguably a dystopia. I believe the theme HAS been mentioned before, albeit too long ago (like 100 chapters or more kinda long).
Imagine the absolute preferential treatment, the fact that it's simply the norm, the fact that women's bodies are conditioned to work in a specific way in that world... Being a man in that world is scary, considering you can get kidnapped any day.
But being a woman is not good either. Leaving the fact that you're bound BY LAW to get artificially impregnated (I believe every woman has to birth at least once), raise your child COMPLETELY alone, remember, the child doesn't have 4 grandparents, it just has ONE grandma. Grandmas that by the way WE HAVEN'T SEEN. NOT EVEN ONE. People just don't grow old in this world... why?
And to top that off, if you have a boy, you have to safeguard him constantly. If you have a girl, that's normal, cool, the girl will grow fatherless tho.
I don't know what's worse. If being a girl with a brother and no sisters, or being the youngest girl and your mom birthing a boy just after you. In that scenario you never got to have the love of your mother fully for yourself (let alone your dad).
Although I believe that having another girl to help support each other and deal with life WOULD be much better.
