My first guess would be the inn being a fairly successful business, seeing as the Konoe family is important and also owns the school they go to. Maybe public transit or something goes right where they wanna go.

Even if R18 Sou can be kind of a dick sometimes, it seems to be better for the girls, they don't really have any delusions that that we've seen, since they're actually getting laid, and Sou even seems to have more autonomy in this universe, the current arc in the normal manga is about the family having to be convinced to let him continue going to school after getting hugged by girls after all. All in all, Sou fucking every one seems to be a net benefit for this society tbh
