I went through the whole story and counted them all (god there’s a lot.)
Thus, I present the Full Jun Egg-Cracking Moment Catalog:

• Chapter 7: “I’m gonna become a girl” dream
• (Arguable/Stretch)Chapter 9.2: “Bras are amazing”
• All of Chapter 10.2, but especially “If you feel like who you are right now is great, isn’t it a good thing to change?” (This is definitely the big one.)
• 11: “This might just be better…”
• 13.1: “My voice is really coming out”
• 13.2: “This is me!?”
• 15.1: “I guess this should be fine.”
• 15.3: No particular quote, but the whole bit was a major blow to Jun’s dwindling sense of masculinity and a boost to her sense of comfort around other gyaru.

I mean, boobs DO just change size over time based on a variety of factors. They COULD just mundanely get bigger.
Also the "sense of self" in the last page is a reasonable way to look at it. Jun has been a girl long enough that
A) they're starting to get used to it.
B) it's starting to override the self-image that they previously had.
At this point Jun is quite capable of looking at something and being like "Yeah, I think I'd look good in that" or "I think that would be comfortable to wear." It's not like Junpei never had a sense of preferences in women's clothing, and this is now being applied to "things I would like to wear" instead of "things I'd like to see on girls" (well, in addition to).
I doubt this series will go on long enough for this, but it would be hilarious to get into Jun's thirties when she realizes "I have now been a girl longer than I was ever a boy."
