I truly read this just to be angered.

There's like a couple dozen manga I'm reading that are really fantastic, really fulfilling, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I swear I'm not some curmudgeon. But there's a handful like this that are just such incredible failures of creation, and I truly do not understand how they are commercially successful. Is it rage bait? Has the author weaponized incompetence somehow? Is it just that this is how humanity is, between this and flat earthers and so on? Is it folly to think we're actually better than this?
