I'm not really going to bother with any serious predictions this time but I do wonder if Gotou will ever end up actually fucking Shigechi. With all the girls he has fucked so far, all of them were open from the start: Akito - already had a crush on him, Shina - slut + stealing him from Agawa, Agawa - slut (until recently lol). Not only is Shigechi not particularly interested but she is outright disgusted by Gotou so Gotou will have to actually have to really try to convince her to have sex with him rather than have her pretty much fall onto his lap (or dick in this case).
