This manga certainly has a very uh... different tone than Yuuki Ray's doujins.

Sadly women getting involved in rape as a weapon of war or torture has a lot of precedents: from Janjaweed in Sudan to IDF.

We see a ogre hugging their wife/daughter in the same panel so I'd presume this setting does not have the same relation to orcs as your average fantasy manga.
