No he isn't. He was 14 years old when he was first summoned and spends 8 years training and acting as a hero before he goes back to he's world. When he gets back he was 14 years old again, like not a single day has passed ever since he was summoned.

He is a lolicon because he take care of his baby little sister and enjoyed his days playing with little children and have just one childhood friend a girl. He hasn't a single friend older or of same age. That's why he clamed of being a lolicon. Well, he have feelings for Arisa ever since he meets her at age of eight

I mean roping him is would be fine, as long as respects the masked identity. Its a good thing to have another contact.
Satou is smart, but his lack of trust on anyone does really keep him from action often. Even in situations that others are in danger, he holds off heavily. Now that he has the masked identity settled on he really needs more who will cover for him and communicate with him.

Regarding the translator note on page 12.
I've seen the sound written as "mou~" instead, by various publishers. That'd still convey the sound without conjuring up a cow's "moo"

or he could have translated it as "seriously..."
