Default to http or http if profile website does not specify protocol

I noticed another user had a website, but when I clicked it I was directed back to their profile page. The default behavior should technically be to prepend the protocol to their hostname.

Ideally https should be default, but some people's hosts have little control over their site, so maybe http is better. Otherwise perhaps it's a better idea to reject URLs that lack the protocol component.
