No, this sequel is ongoing, chapter 17 as of this post. The English scanlation is on chapter 3, so a fair bit behind the raws.
The predecessor, with the same title and creative duo, is complete at 104 chapters. That English scanlation is very far behind (11 chapters out of 104).

Im minorly compelled by curiosity to one day check on how all this crap ends, to see if theres even a remote chance things work out for people in this story and the people original/prequel... but I wish I'd never even checked em out in the first place, since I really dont trust the author to give any of the key characters a happy ending. Time will tell, I hope, but either way thats an hour of my life I'm not getting back.
