His mom or someone in his bloodline was a vampire and the dad and mom made this game to tell him that. Or the fact he's a she in the game could be that he have two souls in his body and the other is a female vampire
I didn't see that coming, that's for sure. Not even after seeing the earlier childhood biting scene. I guess VR MMO theme in an urban fantasy story isn't something I'd have seen too often.
Hmmm, this plot kinda reminds me of one of the mysteries in .hack//Sign. I wonder if it'll go the same way that one did, where the MC was stuck in the game world and we later find out they were actually a girl in real life.
Gonna be real, his parents are kinda shitty for doing that all to him without making at least any attempt to explain why. It would be completely justified for him to be ridiculously angry later on in the story.
