@vexelpops They can drink all they want outside of their normal work hours unless they're on call or something. If you're on call, you're supposed to be the one who comes in for whatever emergency might pop up. If something goes wrong there, they do have to call even people that weren't actually on call to ask them, but if you were drinking you just say so and they call someone else because you're not fit for duty at that moment.
