I am the king of my cave. Also, it bothers me that he's able to dig so much material without having to remove the material first. Logically, all that material would fill up the space directly behind him and trap him inside. It would make more sense if he stored the material in his inventory at the same rate as his digging volume.

I don’t get why the first thing they do when seeing an unknown crest is to shun the person. The unknown offers opportunities. It’s there, we don’t know what it is. Isn’t the normal reaction would be keep trying to understand what it is? If it is related to some abilities, there’s also a chance it could be something greater than what’s already there! What a regressive society!

@Moth It can be seen as a disgrace and a source of ridicule for the royal family. They'd be more inclined to do what you said if the person was the crown prince and mask the fact as best they can if the crown prince turns out to be really skilled, but since this happened to the 17th prince, who is by royal hierarchy considered a pathetic waste of trash born out of the lust of the king that could rival ZEUS, why waste any more resources on him?

Mm. I can agree with the crest being "broken." Sounds like the rest of the royal family have incredibly powerful crests. His being called the "cave" crest means as is. Getting a bunch of cave related bonuses. Mining being a particularly large one.
I'm not exactly sure how to feel about his instant power up. It makes sense to some extent though. A completely uninhabited island is filled with massive amounts of resources, both common, and especially rare. Having a mining skill makes it incredibly easy for him to just chow through the earth and obtain all drops minecraft style.

@Nk9bjP4A exactly, it's especially worse b/c you are increasing the space required with each rock shifted from its original snug place inside the wall. The gap created between each piece of rock means you can not dig indefinitely without taking it outside to dispose of the rocks. You are not changing mass, you are moving it.

Then you have the problem with air circulation and dust. heavy gasses will settle inside the cave, driving oxygen out. dust in lungs will eventually kill you.

17th prince... You know, this is the first time I actually *hoped* the king had more than one wife, if for the poor lady if nothing else!

Wait wait wait. Us being shown the 9th princess and our protag being the 17th prince means that their father, the king, has at least 26 children. Bruh

When I read the first page I though "oh SHIT! It's not Isekai! most impressive!".

But of course it didn't take more than one chapter to introduce retarded iseiak/game like mechanics into this fantasy setting. Christ on a bike, why can't japs just stop with the gaming bullshit.
