• Second parts will be dealing with assassin. Despite another one of Four Heavenly Kings (one with the wings) warning "Do Not Target Father" decided to eliminate him. Starting with brainwashing some guy to play pick-up artist on the Mother then kidnapping bunny to try lure them up.

We only will get introduced to underwater city ruler are we?

Well the Bunny still in need of training (can pick up few more along the way) and Demon King still need to be defeated especially since hero having new party. Side quest for Son to learn how to control his power, its unstable by itself. The WN having a lot more content. Ch 35 is where cut content truly begins. I left few spoilers in previous chapter's thread there and there, along with my previous comment (#7) in this thread, for the ones who interested.

To answer the poll of the TLer, I do enjoy reading the backstory of the father and mother. Silly stuff/slice of life stuff are all in my wheelhouse. From other comment spoilers, sorta wish I could have see that stuff adapted too.

I intended to comment to the annoyed TL that I'm glad they got the punching a man stuff out of the way without delaying it for 300 chapters and that a bit of backstory for our overpowered couple isn't bad, as long as the story doesn't stray from its intended goals, then I came here and saw the axe with two more chapters left.

Yeah, the banter was really forced. It just wasted the chapter.
It would've been preferable if they had over the top interactions with the local characters (the hotel staff...They didn't even make use of the fact they're in a 5+++ star hotel...), and have them react to their absurd training.

I enjoyed the chapter. The parents are fun, Mion has been a good foil to the parents' personalities, and it felt like a fun little adventure they were having. Shame this got axed though. Once again, a completely idiotic editor with zero taste is in charge of overseeing the story. Sure, it was a slow burner with pretty low quality art, but it oozed with charm. Oh well.
