Yeah that last panel was suspicious. Yuzu isn't very emotive so small things have bigger meaning than they would for other characters.

Yeah that thing was just plain weird. All she had to tell her was "no-can-do for day 2, it might look like I am free but that day is already booked for a date with yuzu". Or she could even skip mentioning yuzu, and just say that she is busy with non-committee stuff.

How hard is it to tell the girl to pick some other slot (point out the ones that don't collide with other friends, too, so she knows which times you can)? She is the one that insisted on a festival date against your will, so she is the one that has to solve her own schedule. Not like it should be very hard for the committee ppl to trade slots, or simply bail on their duties.

All she is getting blackmailed about is going on a festival date. So long as she gives the girl a chance then she'll have fulfilled her part. So no need to double-book.
Besides, the girl might be blackmailing her into at least giving her the time of day, but she clearly wants to foster goodwill (and have a 1-on-1 date), so odds are she would agree to adapt to her schedule.
