Honestly? Unpopular opinion perhaps, but I wish this had been even more drawn out! After all of this back and forth, the confession and them getting settled in their relationship would have deserved an entire small arc of its own, they worked through it so fast in this last chapter!
I did have a good time with this one overall, it was very cute.
Looking forward to whatever the author is going to come up with next.

Looks like it was cancelled because of sales the author said something like that on twitter. Sad stuff but we got a good ending looks like yuri mangas are not made to last most of them are from 2-5 volumes normally.

While I would've liked to see more after the confession I don't particularly mind it ended there as, after all, the initial premise of the manga has been concluded, the childhood friend was turned into a girlfriend. Problem is the confession happened in ch.28 because someone swung an axe at it as otherwise the entire thing had rent-a-girlfriend style of progress, fooling you that something might happen only to nuke everything and go back to how it was before. After Monologue Woven For You I had higher hopes for this series. Too bad, so sad.
