There is a good chance that the noble in charge of the knight order was throwing the level 15 Lienna at level 5~10 internal threats solo when she wasn't doing paperwork while the rest of the knights order was level 2~5 facing level 1~3 opponents. The vice-commanders ended up stalling out at level 7, got cocky and ended up wiped out by a group of level 8~10 opponents.

Thing I just noticed too with the farm suddenly being so large, there likely are a bunch of short time skips happening between certain scenes and chapters.
Like they mention how one day a chunk of earth fell into the dragon and they carried it over next to their now MUCH bigger farm...
I thought Lienna might've been in the dragon for maybe jus a Week or Two but it might be actually that a month already has passed!
Which also means that what we are about to witness might be Lienna at Her Fully Rested power level!!!

(I came to this conclusion after this goddamn Cliffhanger made me reread all the chapters we have so far in one go lol)

In a straight physical match-up, it honestly looks like Elf-knight might actually be weaker... but not by much.
She would probably win in a fight because she is very physically capable and knows magic, so she can force a lot of unfavorable situations.
