But we still have our main Dragon, which is the main point of this story. The point wasn't lost just because one different dragon can transform. the situation with the blind girl is completely different since that girl was the MC in her manga and that her blindness specifically was the core of the manga. With this newly arrived dragon being just a side character and so far, has no bearing with our main character who still can't do the transformation herself.
