This is basically like that one story at this point where the "highly intelligent" aliens were weaker and more vulnerable than children at this rate. They're getting killed in one hit by even the girl that hired them and fall down stairs like they are in a cartoon. Then we have Nomamoto that's basically Luffy when it comes to eating... Doesn't fully explain how it still tore the suit while barely shaking her but I guess that's good enough an explanation to write that part off as an oversight.

I thought they were like foam but then they tend to punch a lot (and always on the nose) with enough weight to make a human bleed.

Nomamoto said their bones are actually soft enough for her to chew them. I assume they are more of glasscannons, with enough muscle to pack a punch but without the structure to withstand one. They CAN subdue a human, and in fact it's repeatedly shown in the first chapter that they accidentally elbow people into having nosebleeds. But they die even easier.
