Yes/no afaik, because she's funneling part of it with the black mist (as The End, she's the source of the black mist "curse" that affects the Rainford bloodline), but the white mana being talked about here isn't ever explicitly stated as hers, far as I know. Either it's his (mixing with hers), or it's hers but her black mist has evolved due to the power of love with him, but I'm banking on it at least partially being his own battery he's using up here, and not just Aria's.

You mean the oder war? That was stromheims war. This country where akiras family is a vassal was working with the singularities together who where behind the oder war. So why sent your best troops.
I also think it was mentioned in the chapters in the beginning that stromheim hesitated to ask for help from the other countries to not lose political power. That is why they started the academy to educate their own mages. Just when akira went to Karinz they asked for the allianced mages as the attack was too much.

I really hope there's some consequences, even if they boil down to "now that we've seen we're outclassed, we'll do everything in our power to help with your mission" while Calliope threates to call her father. If there's one thing I liked about how the previous arc ended was that, even if nobody could blame the king of Pansylvania directly, everyone suspects the truth and he's forced to play nice in public to appease the other countries.
