It's not sniping, don't call it sniping. What Vis. did is called picking up a dead translation and being nice to the fans.
What GDS did is called Sniping.
If you go radio silent over a manga that still has chapters waiting to be TL for over 3 months, you are not TL it anymore, it's dead now. And with this **** attitude that GDS showing us, that they can just leave. This behavior is toxic to the community. Be gone GDS, if this is how you want to act then Disappear!
If you're going to TL the series then TRANSLATE IT! Don't constantly have 1 chapter that you don't release of every series you want to "claim" you're translating so you can get others to not translate them even though you have literally been sitting on the chapter for MONTHS OR YEARS without releasing it!
Hay @Vis. if you translate the next chapter within a day or 2, I would bet that they won't even be able to do the same! I bet they only keep 1 backlogged for their "don't snipe bro" ****y attitude!

Personally I'd say give them a week but considering the circumstances I'm sure most people wouldn't judge you if you did not.

8 months is a whole lot of time to not say a word about a manga with volumes out while actively translating other stuff.
