Okay, so Tokyo has a population of 14million. Even if 99% of the human population was killed, that would leave 140,000, 140 of which would be men at a 1000:1 ratio. Over the previous 18 or so years, there would've been a fairly large baby boom, and the upcoming generation would be back at the roughly 50:50 ratio because the virus would've killed off most of the men and then extinguished itself after about a year. Even if there are only a few actual adult men in the world, there would be a LOT of boys.
