Anyway I hope this 2 bastards become causalities and take themselves out the story, bullies don't deserve mercy, they were given the choice to avoid MC.
Re-read the previous chapter, the fake friend is smart, wanted to get in MC party, when she understood that the popular friend wasn't letting her in she turned psycho.
I think she didn't actually want MC to die or get tortured, just to suffer and use the bullied trauma to make him and GF get separated, or in the alternative she knew the bully woudl probably get killed and she would blackmail MC to make her level up and roll her gacha coins with his high luck.
I'm guessing of course, but she detested how the popular "friend" had everything, looks, body, popularity and now even strenght thanks to a good dungeon partner.

It was so long since the last upload, that I was left wondering what is going on because the chapter started in a flashback. Then we have psycho bully drama that the MC sidesteps, only for some other psychos to seem to be interested in the psycho's trap.

I'm so confused with this chapter and it's not even because of a bad translation or something like that, the entire pacing and dialogue between characters and these random cuts feels so shit, nothing made sense in this chapter. And half of the chapter felt like random bits/skits like the dragon x thunder god thing

The high-stakes battle between the high-ranked explorers is being contrasted against what seems to be a much lower-stakes confrontation between middle-school graduate cliques; the phone conversation linking the two is a metaphor for just how linked these two groups actually are and should be expanded on heavily in coming arcs after the immediate local issues are fully resolved.

The story telling is shit in this chapter. The MC was talking with his sister about their parents got divorced while there was a huge battle in the background feels very out of place. I mean, we are talking about a battle that reduced the business district into rubbles while 10k people are dying, and, yet, the main focus of the story is MC's family matters and there was even a flashback. It's all over the place and I don't know where should I focus since none of them seemed to be important since they never be mentioned again in the late half of the chapter. Like, WTF?! What is the author trying to tell here?

What is the author trying to tell here?

My take with this is that this is normal, just like when you see in the news some tragedy like an earthquake or some random shooting, sure is bad, but what can you do?. We already know that with high enough level, the law stops caring about you because they can´t stop you, then you become something like a disaster brought by nature. MC is level 3 so he is better than a random person but still not at the level of the really powerful adventurers.

Where to focus?... with the MC, the battle is background for the most part, until we know who is fighting there and even them are not taking it seriously with the answering of phones and such. The first part is to stablish that the sister is thirsty for the MC, MC´s friend is ridiculously powerful and common sense is way different to what one would expect. That then comes back at the end, MC knows just how bad dungeons are, so does he go and do what shonen MCs usually do when someone is in danger?, nope... he even prefers to look weak than to go to an obvious trap, do the girls (wanna say slavers... i´m pretty sure they are a form of slavers) go after the weak level 3 that one of them finds cute?... nope, he is being weird and weird means unexpected and unexpected means not safe... when compared to 2 randos that go in to the dungeon like one goes to the shady alleyway, one prefers dumb randos
