Probably because Loki's lecture holds no meaning to him. Ouranos must not really care about Finn and his goals, nor does he intend to do anything to help or preventing him in any way, shape or form, as long as the existence of the Xenos is kept a secret from society and they can strive to coexist in time.

I could 100% be wrong here, but it felt more like Loki either misunderstanding the situation or setting up something that would benefit her Familia in the long run, or at the very least a preemptive strike to keep at bay something she has no idea what could even be.
