I don't think it is Gorgan, I've consumed other media where the author/director has purposely made a - or the - innocent character be seen as the prime suspect, only for the actual murderer/criminal to be revealed much later on.
I think that is what is going on here, that Gorgan is being made out to be the parasite-wielding murderer to divert the suspicion away from the real parasite-wielding murderer.

As for my theory about who might be the parasite-wielding murderer, I'm not entirely sure, honestly, but maybe Ageha? She did give him the Save & Reset ability, and has a dual-personality, after all, she might have seen Kiska together with two other girls, having a good time together, and gone full on jealous yandere-mode.

Another option could be that the original parasite-weapon that MC wielded somehow managed to transform into a human on their own - or with the help of someone else - and remembered Kiska without meeting him this time around, then decided to go and kill him for some reason.

Though, honestly? I like to make crazy guesses, so I'm gonna theorize it's the hero that did it, somehow.

Something I started working on and stopped mid-way:

Ageha:
https://mangadex.org/chapter/dc99a105-bb5f-4dd2-9f3d-99823755b887/43
Even while chained and sealed away, she is able to manifest herself within the dungeon, and to bestow skills to others within the dungeon.

Ageha is from a different world

Ageha's eyes appear to have black irises when she's normal, and white when the other personality takes over.

She has been sealed away for hundreds of years, hoping a prince would come and save her, bestowing the "Save & Reset" upon everyone that entered in the hopes they would save her, but all of them lost heart and gave up.

Ageha appears to be able to tell if she has met someone in an alternate timeline that they rewound from, never heard of Kiska, but wondering why he smells so bad, not in a literal sense, but a methaphorical way. She explains that one's actions still reach the soul, this might also explain why the Puppet Sword seems to have some kind of recollection of Kiska, and why the sword is evolving even though time keeps being rewound, and it should technically have stayed how it looked the first time Kiska met it.
I used Copilot to translate the Page 13, and it cames out as "I've never heard of that before. But I wonder why... You give off a foul smell - just like *that person."

Ageha is aware of Judith, and that she has made the dungeon her stronghold, even though Ageha has been sealed away for hundreds of years.

https://mangadex.org/chapter/dcd6c1c7-150f-4353-9498-9f6bc97965d7/7
Ageha just brutally killed Judith in front of Kiska, proceeds to say: "Kiska... I love you... That's why..." followed throwing her sword through Kiska's chest "If I ever catch you with another woman... I won't forgive you..."

https://mangadex.org/chapter/0e6b3746-e5a9-40fe-9b85-be940648be8d/7
Kiska is requesting Judith to make him her disciple again, but before she can answer him - and while he is still bowing his head - Ageha decapitates her head from her body, then ominously tells Kiska: "I... Told you, didn't I? If you hook up with another woman..." stabs Kiska through his throat while smiling and saying "I won't forgive... you..."

Puppet Sword:
https://mangadex.org/chapter/c29a2573-e5e0-4b0f-8575-97b1a4119572/29
Puppet Sword: "There's something about your soul that smells familiar."
After Kiska swallowed the Parasite Sword and had his first conversation with the Sword's main body.

The Puppet Sword is able to transform into different shapes.

https://mangadex.org/chapter/d280d7ef-db7b-41b6-9ddf-fb25148df743/4
First words out of the Puppet Sword's main body upon being swallowed is "Well hello again?" and "I get the feeling that you and I have met before." in response to Kiska.
This may indicate that it is either able to retain some form of memory from timelines that Kiska saved and reset from after dying, but it could also be that it is able to somewhat read its master's thoughts or memories.

https://mangadex.org/chapter/d280d7ef-db7b-41b6-9ddf-fb25148df743/22
Puppet Sword: "A previous master of mine stumbled upon it by accident." So the puppet sword is definitely able to remember the past.

The Puppet Sword's main body vaguely resembles that of a human being now, and appears to already know who Kiska is, and Kiska even recounts that it appeared to look more human-like each time they met.

I've read the spoilers from the previous chapter's comments and know who the traitors are, but if I hadn't known, I would have also thought the dwarf was the red herring; he's too suspicious. Also, on the cover, we see the cloaked guy's white hair, the same as Kiska's.
who is?

One would have thought it was obvious.

I really hope the culprit is not the shady guy in a cloak. If it is, damn artist, you could've made less obvious
NGL the double fakeout would be incredibly funny. From "it can't be that dude, he's too obvious!" to "of course it's that dude! It's so obvious!"
