Wait a sec, on page 12, Minossan says " [...] you're not like the succubus I know." Am I reading too much into this, or did Minossan have a relationship with another succubus before? Will there be some catfight with Saki-san in the future?

I believe that may be because the translation team decided for the collective of succubus to be succubus (incountable), instead of the common (although unattestable, since it's from a Greek word, not Latin) succubi, or the less common (this one would be from Greek) succubuses.

Disregard what I said about the word's origin. It's actually Latin in origin.

Yes, it's supposed to be Succubi (I used it in another line). I accidentally typeset and upload this chapter before it's been proofread (Neither English nor Japanese are my native language)
