Depends on how she spins it with her report.

She has to report the sword obviously since she has it, but she can make up the details that others can't check.

Since Shirou is known to be ordering golems around and 'they just randomly shows up'
She can spin it as one of the golem took away something from the junk pile, then later came back with the holy sword.

It put the attention on the golem/island itself rather than Shirou himself this way.

Reading that guy’s story was…something.

His arc is short but really fucking sad for most of it. like this and another upcoming scene are so violent that you of forget that you’re reading a slice of life. It’s hard out here for medieval boy wives, and Shirou not long after.

He doesn’t meet Shirou either, at least up to the point we’re at in the WN.

It also has goats, and slimes, and a sealed dungeon full of living organic monsters despite no obvious food source to sustain them. Who knows? Maybe this fantasy world has spontaneous generation.
