given the 'gender roles reversal' this story has, it wouldn't be impossible for there to be some out there but i imagine it'd be pretty rare/uncommon versus just a quick hookup versus regular relationship (tho other than using magic to make 'toys'/strap ons i imagine most ppl would just go to the brothel if they also have increased lust too even if they aren't as lust driven as those soldiers in the beginning)
