@Bufuman Without Carol they don't have high quality restoratives for hp/mp so they'll probably start failing a lot of quests and maybe even get killed by some monsters or something. After all, they seem like the type to keep going without paying close attention to their mp for healing magic or their medicine supply, which is gonna bite them in the ass, and I hope it bites them hard.

Old party = worst party. Heck it looks like they had her carrying all the bags, and charming her to make her compliant, and it looks like she got next to no money from them if any.

What I want is for them to be forced to compensate her for the medicine they used, at 100% retail value + interest, on top of appropriate wages for her efforts and a penalty for the use of charm magic. Since almost certainly most quests they reward was far less then the value of what they used.

the ML is really the best, but I don't want her to fall in love with him just because he was being a decent person, at most it would be to be a friend. I need something better for her to fall in love.

If we can believe what our mc says is true about the body loosing it's natural healing ability by using to many meds then I believe we can be sure they are well and truly FUBAR by now. Ch1 implies she was their only source of healing for months so by this point they can't have much natural recovery left. It would also explain why our new boy is so surprised by the potency of her items as being on that grind for months there is no way her abilities stayed E rank.

Also have to figure nobody noticed her improving because the potency was increasing at a similar rate to the effectiveness on the old party decreasing. Becoming clear she was their pocket healer and was not allowed to live her life for a while.
