That shit true, I fuckin hate it during my job searching before graduating where company list themselves as a white company but in reality blacker than the place where sun doesn’t shine.

A lot of them is 5 work days per week, 9-6, but monthly overtime is typical average 35+ hours. Ain’t no way that make sense as a white company, I fuckin thank god for google review of certain companies to know whether they treat their employees right.

If you wanna work in Jp, I cannot stress this enough, find work at a global company with a Japan branch, dont find work at a local Japanese company unless you can stomach bullshit day in/out.
