He should not, by any circumstance, reveal that he is Hell Shaft. What you explained is why HE shouldn't reveal anything, as it would give away his own circumstances and endanger him and everyone else.
But having the DEV explain the truth of the classes situation is completely different. She is a real person, someone new they have never meet, that has answers and legitimate reasons for having those answers rather than just conjecture. Their are those that may be desperate and choose to deny and reject her words, but doubt will seed in what they are doing. If they sit back and wait it out they could be free, but if they try to force their way out NOW it could be their doom. This knowledge WILL shake their motivation/determination to try to leave now, rather than just waiting and trying latter.
So long as the MC can introduce the DEV to the players w/o revealing that Hell Shaft is a player, or more specifically the MC, then it would greatly reduce the chance of the players trying to complete the game.

Everyone that was present is in the class that entered the game at that time is assumed to have been sucked into the game. (albeit possibly in different towns of the game)

They have no idea what caused this situation. They only know what they can verify and theorized the rest.
They believe that by clearing the game they can force the game to end and possibly force a log out (like in SAO).

But they are willing to try as it is the only hope they have and the alternative is to, sit around, stuck in the game, till they die.

It is not a matter of if you think “Heaven and Hell” is lewd or not. It is the fact that in this context, it 100% is used in that specific context where it is lewd. If you are reading this series, you can’t just deny the fact this interpretation of “Heaven and Hell” exists.
It doesn’t matter if I or others think it is lewd, because the fact of the matter that the manga uses it right in front of our eyes, in that specific shamefully naughty manner. This is not a “the curtains are blue because the author is sad” misinterpretation. Heaven & Hell is lewd because that is exactly what the author wanted.

So obviously, knowing that, and that his first spell was a lust attack, there was no way Heaven & Hell was ever going to be biblical.
I really just want you to understand that. Yeah, you may not like the fact such an euphemism exists, but it does. Neither you or I can change that; it has likely existed before we were born. Knowing it exists doesn't make me a freak. This is as simple as I can break it down and spell it out for you. My common sense can't become any more basic than this.

Heck, he could even claim it was out of fear and that he was mistaken for dead after passing out and soiling himself from the fear and pressure.
