@Lioslin based on his actions and lack of reflection, I would propose that he is that one friend with no concept of lines to begin with.


Also, it would seem the king has governor as his main girl, a couple more in his harem, and then a host of not-a-harem girls.

I am delighted to see women in full plate that actually covers the vitals. Was not expecting that.

I feel like one day the king is actually going to be killed by Blade. Every couple chapters he shows a bit of evil or something. He doesn't give off a good feeling and it has been this way for a while.

At this point, I don't know what's worse. The fact all those girls actually like the king, despite being this really creepy pervert that likes to mess with anyone just to amuse himself. The fact the entire class knows how out of touch Blade is and no one even attempts to teach him. The fact Arnest knew he was jealous and just like manipulative women like to do, used that to fuck with him cuz they think its funny.

Or the fact the king genuinely thinks he's some sort saint for treating his supposed friend like crap, as long as his friend gets to experience new things.

Ugh, hope this weird trend stops soon. I still enjoy the unique spin of Yussha, heroes, and demons in this manga but it's slowly becoming tedious every time the king is involved.

@Akemua Seriously. It's gone from uncanny to outright disturbing how discrepant the vibe of the manga and the actual actions of the characters are. It's portraying really shitty behavior and then laughing it off and rewarding the character like every other chapter. This one finally pushed me to drop my rating and I'm thinking of being done with the manga. It really seemed decent early on, but the author clearly has issues with understanding social norms or something.
