@robloxoof Cheat days in terms of being days where you can eat whatever you want AND however much you want is bullshit... but it is useful to keeping your body in a state of continuous caloric burning. The difference is if you can time it properly. Everyone's body is a little different, so the timing will be different.
@Boomburst I had a really shitty bulk phase so anything involving eating more sounded suspicious lol, thanks for the clarification. I'm picking back up calisthenics again and doing maintenance this time around
