I love this manga, it's a remarkable approach that I don't think I've encountered before. It just FEELS so good, and it has an MC who is categorically remarkable but also simply feels very down to earth.

This and Sousou no Frieren are the only manga (that I am aware of) that manage to realistically portray what happens when someone experiences the flow of time and age on an astronomically different level than others.

Given that the artist was a hentai manga artist, you'd think this wouldn't fit as much but you'd be levels wrong with that assumption already, its really nicely and i can't help but feel amazed at how far this manga has gone with only 20 chapters out.
The art fits the world perfectly to a T and the world compliments the art with a wonderful story that makes you even let out tears at times
This is a kind of isekai world building that you'd think only exists in novels and never executed properly but it made it work

Narita Kou's style is pretty easy to spot compared to others that change theirs and use different pen names, Narita Kou has balls of steel

There's more artists using their hentai pseudonym now than before, off the top of my head Noise and Yuzuki N Dash. Tosh probably had to change because he was in Shounen Jump and they didn't want it to be affiliated with porn, but he didn't change his style at all and it was widely known.
