fake mangadex ?

Sorry if this is not the right place to post about this.

Today instead of typing mangadex's address in the address bar of my browser, I google searched "mangadex" and confidently clicked on the first link returned... (this one https://mangadex.unblocked2.club) and it was a huge mistake.

Although the site really looked like mangadex there was a lot of invading ads ... I just had to close my browser.

Even though I don't really know what to do about it, I just thought I should let you know.

Why do people even go through Google when going to a website? It’s easier and faster to type “ma [enter]” in the address bar and be taken directly here.

Googling Mangadex.org gets me a suggestion of "mangradex" I've got ad block, I've got script block, I thought I'll click on it ad see what it's like, and the tab just closes.

When I'm on public wi-fi (that's about 70% of my online time) I don't login to any site for obvious reasons. MD doesn't allow search w/o login. So I personally have no other way to find something but google "mangadex (series title here)". Good enough reason?

Just ignore it. It doesn't affect search results

Guys, some unscrupulou companies repeatedly DMCA the home websites of pretty much all fan sites now.
Not even freakin Gelbooru is safe, you overturn it, they just file another fake bot DMCA .

The sites that are safe tend to have money, or are located in China and Russia proxies etc.

Instead, do what I do, be more specific. Find something that will NEVER be licensed, have expired licenses and search for Mangadex using that series. I use Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei, but porn and stupid shet like Bougyaku no Kokekko and a random isekai will also work.

So your google search term should look like this
Mangadex Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei,
Mangadex Bougyaku no Kokekko,
Mangadex Harem
Mangadex Mahou muscle
