Fix/Add Bookwalker Global Site URL support for "Retail Site" entry field in Series Information.

So a couple months ago J-Novel Club's parent company was put in charge of Bookwalker's global site and split it off from the main JP site. There are now two Bookwalker retail URLs, the JP being "bookwalker.jp" and the Global being "bookwalker.com".

Would it be possible to add the global URL to the Bookwalker entry for "Retail Sites'? Right now it just gives an error when trying to save one of the new URLs. If not can a separate entry to the list be added, such as "Bookwalker (English) or (Global)".

There are plans to add new link types to all 3 sections, along with some reworks and fixes of existing parsers (e.g. the x.com vs twitter.com link detection issue).
One of the sites we wanted to include for a long time already was BWG (among others).
