Fix the inconsistencies on the filter arrows

Ex. Rating V gives you ascending results, and Rating ^ gives you descending results. Not sure if it's the only one, just know because it's a filter I use when searching for something new.

I agree its confusing, and I personally prefer the other way around. However, the ambiguity is in its nature, it is not something we can easily say is right/wrong.
To me, ▼ means descending. At the top of the triangle, we have the most. At the bottom, we have the least.
▲ is ascending for the same reason. Top has the least, bottom has the most.
Font awesome seems to agree with me here as well.

However, the font awesome numeric/alphabetic sort icons use arrows, and the arrow for fa-sort-alpha/num-asc points in the opposite direction of the triangle for fa-sort-asc. In other words, MD decided to make the triangle equate to the direction of the arrow.
Personally, I don't think fa did a good job with this. swapping the position of the 9/1 and a/z would make a lot more sense than swapping the direction of the arrow next to it. I dont even know what the hell to expect with this

Is this descending or ascending? Arrow is going down, so descending.... but if you follow the direction of the numbers next to it, we go from 1 to 9 so ascending (why the hell is down ascending, did you hit your head when coming up with these icons? FU font awesome)

You could argue the descending icons is even more convoluted. Now the arrow goes UP! Does that mean we go from 9 to 1.... if we start at the bottom of the page and then scroll to the top. What the hell were you thinking fa? Personally, I concluded that both of these icons are ascending. Following the arrow, we go from 1 at the top of the page to 9 at the bottom. And for the other icon, we go from 9 at the bottom of the page to 1 at the top.

The only good argument I believe for leaving things the way they are is that the fa sort-alpha/num icons suck, and its unfair someone might be able to understand the triangles, so we should make those just as convoluted.

initially I thought I had made a pretty good argument against keeping things as is. However, as I reread it I cannot help but notice that my only referenced source is a font with a developer that thought the best way to describe "descending" is by pointing up.

I cannot believe they switch to this. Old versions of Font awesome moved the numbers/letters instead.
