Followed series disappearing when there is a release delay :fixed:

if i set a delay of 12-24 hours ( i haven't done this with any lower setting), and upload a release, the series disappears from my front page follows list.
the series only shows up on my follows list if i click on the follows link from the menu.

and when the release "appears" after the delay period ends, it doesn't show up on the front page of mangadex if there is another chapter queued with a delay.

issue fixed where the series disappears from my front page follows.
if there is a queued release with a delay, the series is still not showing up on the front page until all releases have posted. and even then, it takes several minutes to appear.

ultimately it does show up on the front page, so it's not really a big deal.
thanks for fixing the follows issue, that was my main concern.

@momojojo the way i fixed the missing frontpage entry is, that i put it on a 10 minute cronjob, that updates any chapters that came out of the delay period. There is currently no other alternative, no "event" system, other than maybe increasing the frequency of the cronjob.
I don't think its that much of an issue, it shows up eventually and the maximum delay for that of 10 minutes shouldn't be too bothersome, right?
