Haaland seems being an ass since world cup.
When did he even play in the WC...?

Oh my god... Spurs did it again. They actually spursed Ipswitch. Liverpool is now 5 points ahead. But we can't be sure. Last time, a certain team was up 8 points ahead, and still lost the title.

In this weekend's installment, EPL = WTF.

Liverpool down a man and a goal partway through the first, and still gets a point.

ManC (edit - not ManU) blows a derby in the last five minutes of regulation.

FOREST IS FOURTH.

And with a 17 goal advantage, Spurs are 10th.

:wtf:

I really need to start watching Serie A.

City/Pep really need to sack all of those useless defenders, except for Gvardiol who can still score. Look at the second goal of United. That was basically a freebie by the defenders. Even after Amad got past the GK, those two defenders could still have stopped that shot. It was as if they were daydreaming thinking they've won. It was as bad as United's defenders who didn't bother stopping a header the last match. Haaland and Foden not scoring was already bad enough. Their defense has always seemed problematic to me. They conceded nearly every single match. That was overshadowed by Haaland and KDB/Doku/Foden scoring goals after goals to win. Now, Haaland is locked down and Foden can't do crap. Alvarez and Palmer are gone. Something else is wrong with Pep, too, but clearly the players failed him.

Sack the defenders who are past their prime, and sign better ones. Throw in some midfielders, too. They got plenty of oil money left, no?

Not a good week for Bayern and Barca. Bayern is still safe, but Barca has been losing their lead at an alarming rate. In Serie A, Roma continues their pathetic losing streak. Atalanta, after a slow and questionable start, is now top of the table. Well, it's also thanks to the other team slipping up one after another. Let's see how long they can keep this up.

Glad to see Spurs winning big this time. Son scored and assisted, yay!

Gabriel Jesus trying to get the FA to schedule more Arsenal-Palace games. 5(!) goals in two halves over a three-day span. :oooo:

It's a sad post-Christmas for Manchester. City could not even beat Everton now. =.= Haaland even missed another penalty.
I keep wondering the same thing every week: how worse can they get? The decline is bizarre. Are the players just super fatigue from playing too many matches? Are Pep's tactics outdated now? It's not impossible for them to bounce back into top 4 after buying some replacements in January, but new players would still need time to readjust and settle into the team's strategy.

Man United couldn't even get one point. Bruno, he's really trying to get sold with that red card. XD
Spurs being spursy again. -.-

On the other hand, what a season for Liverpool. Salah is on fire!
