After all, when the Goddess of Love possessed Victoria in the dungeon, the latter had heart-shaped pupils.

A few things about these situations that these stories like to do nowadays:
1- Tragic backstory doesn't matter. Doesn't matter how bad you were treated nor how sad your past is nor how much you fucked up before nothing, ever, justify bad behavior. Doesn't matter which position or how you were raised you are a thinking being and capable to discern that what you are doing is wrong, partaking in it anyway has no excuse nor justification and that the "justice" system even pretend there is represents all that is wrong with it.
2- Victoria kinda never had a chance to be different from what the author wants us to believe, she is (apparently) the reincarnation of a crazy woman that is then mistreated as a child causing her to desire company just to them be overtaken by the Goddess twisted "blessing" and forced to act in a obsessive manner using the "I am a princess" shield to justify her mistreat of Raoul to herself. She is a sad figure, don't make me any sadder for her fate.
3- The whole setting is a shitshow, not even FFF-class hero twisted world had the people be that shit all the time.

Its fine not like she’s particularly above murder either way though maybe thats par for the course with royals. It should be chapter 30 if you wanna fact check. she basically is magically influenced by the saintess to give into her lust for him and make Raoul into her fully dependent sex slave. The final line is “Sandra. Look into anyone Raoul has ever been involved with…” with hearts in her eyes and cumming due to the Goddess influence.

There is no need to forgive, only to watch. Origins help us understand why things became the way they did. Whether forgive or condemn the actions, is for the witness to decide.
